Getting warmer again

Temperatures will be trending upward this week with 80s becoming more prevalent by midweek into the weekend. We have chances of rainfall Tuesday morning and the spotty storm chances Wednesday and Thursday. A potentially more stormy setup develops over the weekend.

River levels have been rising in the recent couple of weeks due to the surplus rainfall we’ve had. The Minnesota River has been at minor flood stage at Jordan and Savage. Those levels are expected to come down by next weekend below flood stage. The Mississippi River at Hastings is expected to reach its peak level Monday just below minor flood stage before falling.
