The weather, currently.

A very muggy day

Get ready for some steamy weather Wednesday. Dew points will climb into the muggy 60s, maybe near 70 and temperatures will soar well into the 80s, maybe near 90. That will set the stage for potential severe storms late Wednesday as the next disturbance and cold front moves in. Behind it, cooler and more comfortable air will move in for Thursday and Friday with quiet, dry conditions.

We received a more modest rainfall early Tuesday with just 0.04 inches at MSP. Northern Minnesota saw a little more with amounts ranging from 0.25 to 0.50 inches.
